Following on from last week’s blog I wanted to tell you about a colour project I gave to the team.
L’Oreal’s new semi permanent colour range colorful hair showcasing subtle pastel tones to vibrant primary tones, a great range and we are having fun with it in the salon.
I felt we needed to have a visual aid to showcase the range so you guys would totally understand what the range is about and how it could work for you. So I set the team a challenge and as always they haven’t disappointed. They formed two teams with our colour specialists heading each team of stylists and assistants.
The teams have approached their books in different ways, but their hard work, imagination and creative skills are outstanding! The whole project has been a wonderful team building exercise and has given our clients great visuals to inspire their next colour service.
