An exciting launch from Kérastase last week, Aura Botanica a four product range that is 98% natural with key ingredients being Samoan coconut oil and Moroccan argan oil.
The products are silicone, sulfate and paraben free and are designed for a client whose hair lacks shine, is slightly rough at the ends, but is generally in good condition with no split ends. Ideal for someone who wants her hair to feel light, firm to the touch and has a natural feel.
After a week of using the range what do I think? Firstly the hair does not have a cosmetic finish and feels totally weightless and yet the hair feels very smooth.
I dried the hair after shampooing and conditioning (conditioning is essential) and the hair felt really natural and had beautiful shine, I then sprayed the hair down with water and used essence d’eclat the moisturising oil mist and then dried the hair. The end result was hair that had an amazing shine but felt light and natural, looked full of body and so healthy and all of this with a beautiful fragrance.
I am really excited about this range and feel we now have a product to suit all our clients’ needs.
