Hi everyone.
Followers of the blog will know how passionate I am about continued education, so I thought I would give you a little insight into a training session we had in the salon last week.
The session was on creative colour techniques and mixing colours to create bespoke colour. It was amazing watching the team work individually on models, but sharing ideas with each other and encouraging our assistants who are colour novices. The buzz of learning new ways to apply colour that can be used every day in the salon got everyone talking and making plans for the week ahead.
What made this colour session so successful was how it transferred easily into the salon. The team are using many of the ideas and encouraging clients to have change, ether subtle or dramatic.
