It’s now competition and awards season so we have been preparing for this over the last few months. I am pleased to say our L’Oreal colour trophy entry is away and we are nearly finished compiling our dossier entries for our trade magazines awards. As part of these awards we have to supply testimonials from our clients. First of all I would like to say thank you to our clients who got involved in this as I appreciate the time it takes to write a few hundred words. Competitions and award are great fun to enter and even more fun to celebrate if we win. Reading the testimonials though sums up what’s more important than anything else and that’s making you happy, giving you the best experience when you visit the salon and making sure that your tenth visit is as good or even better than your first.
The team and I see the client experience in the salon as a journey, not a destination and we strive to improve and develop everything we do to keep your experience fresh and exciting.
