What a great week in the salon and it finished with a bang when we won Best Salon of the year at the SHABA Awards on Sunday evening in Glasgow. It was a glittering event that brought the best of Scottish Hairdressers together to celebrate our Amazing Industry.
A client asked me why we enter business award competition and although there are many reasons, the main reason is recognition to the team. The salons success is about the whole team, their passion and commitment to the salons high standards, client care and attention to detail. Winning an award lets them see we are recognised within the industry for achieving this.
Let’s not rest on our laurels though as we are only as good as our last happy client, as I always say this is a journey not a destination
