Hi Everyone

Last week’s blog was about our recent award win, and the role the team play. We won salon of the year at the SHABA awards just in case you hadn’t heard!!!,

This week and over the next few weeks I thought I would introduce you to the team, the role they play in the salon, what the love and any other bits of juicy gossip (salon related of course)

First up is Lisa Panetta, Salon Educator& Colour Specialist

Ronnie: Lisa tell me what do you love about your Job

Lisa: Taking clients on a journey to create beautiful hair and ultimately giving client an amazing experience.

Ronnie: you are our in salon educator, why do you love this role so much?

Lisa: being able to pass on my knowledge is really important and watching our trainees grow into confident stylists gives me pleasure and fills me with so much pride.

Ronnie: you are a very busy salon stylist, how do you keep your skills fresh and exciting for you and your clients?

Lisa: I am continually looking at ideas whether they come from training courses I go on, internet, magazines or street style inspires me to explore new ideas for my clients and it filters through into the teaching of our Assistants.

Ronnie: what is your must have hair product?

Lisa: Kerastase Ciment Thermique as it gives maximum protection from all heat styling tools but it also reactivates when additional heat is applied to the hair.

Ronnie: how would you describe your Hairdressing style?

Lisa: soft feminine shapes influenced by current trends but designed to suit the individual client and her or his needs.

Ronnie: how would you describe your own personal style?

Lisa: comfort while working is essential, I like a natural casual look that says young, fresh, fashionable and professional.

Ronnie: how do you balance a busy work life with a busy family life?

Lisa: it’s all about being organised, being prepared and having a plan B!

Ronnie: thanks so much Lisa and before we end this interview what is your guilty pleasure?

Lisa: Listening to Bon Jovi’s greatest hits, munching on double fried chips and drinking a cheeky wee glass of wine (although not Just now as I am expecting my second child in January).

So there you have it, a little insight into Lisa’s world

Until Next Week
