A big thank you to everyone who has completed our survey either online or in the salon.
It is very important to us that our services and our clients’ experience is of the highest level, and there is no better way of finding out if we are getting it right than by asking.
This survey has been about our web site and our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, what you want to see more of and how you want to receive information.
Our website is receiving a makeover in the next few weeks and we are implementing new type face and colours, as well as more information pages and client friendly how-to videos are also a new addition coming soon. The information will be filtered through to our social media pages and in salon posters etc.
You also gave us feedback on our reward scheme, so we are currently looking at new ideas to improve this service.
