Hi Everyone.

Following on from last week I thought I would talk about colour trend for Winter.

Rose Gold has been around for a while, but now last season’s platinum has been warmed up with the softest of pinks to create a rose gold hew. I love this because it takes the pink trend and makes it uber polished.

Terracotta red is another trend so think copper, but cooled down with blue undertones to create a red /copper perfect for sallow skins that would normally avoid warm red tones.

Balliage and strobing techniques are still popular, but for autumn a big story is subtlety. So we are creating darker roots going into warm chocolate tones as opposed to the Carmel tones of summer.

A few thoughts from me but your stylist is there to advise and help choose the right look for you
