Our Assistants today are tomorrow’s future hairdressing talent.
Bringing out that talent can only be done my nurturing them, building strong foundations in training, and giving them a clear career path to follow. Guidance and support is essential in their success.
I decided to ask them to sum up their role:
‘We are learning from a talented team and are given a great platform for learning and developing our skills.
‘It’s extremely hard work and demanding and five star service is extremely important and we are a big part of delivering that experience to our clients. Our learning doesn’t just happen at training school – we are always learning as we assist stylists – every day we can see how much we are developing our skills in preparation for becoming stylists like them.’
So a bit of a summary of their thoughts from me – but I am so proud of them and their positive attitude and am excited for the next generation of Byron stylists.
