At Byron Hairdressing, your salon experience means everything to us, and your health and safety are paramount to us.

We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of colour and all our team are trained to the highest standard with two of our team achieving L’Oréal Colour degrees, We use specialised loreal Colour products to ensure the best results

When you embark on a colour service for the first time with us, it will always start with an Allergy Alert Test. This allows us to check that you are not allergic to the pigments within our colour ranges.

It is a very quick test and is carried out by one of our professionally trained team and carried out at least 48 hours before a colour service.

A small amount of the colour range that is going to be used in your colour service is applied three times in the same area behind your ear using a q tip. This is left on for 48 hours, Should you experience any signs of irritation, swelling, itching or inflammation contact us. If you develop symptoms that make you feel unwell please seek medical assistance.

Before your colour service, we will check the area that has been tested and we will ask you a series of questions before our consultation. You are then ready to have your colour service.

As a regular colour Guest, you will need an AAT if.

: if it has been more than six months since your last colour.

: you have had a Henna or permanent Tattoo.

: you have used any colour outwith Byron Hairdressing.

We also recommend your skin test is updated yearly.

All of these procedures are to ensure you have the best experience when you visit us and your support is greatly appreciated.

A.A.T (allergy alert test) update.

We take our salon Guests safety very seriously so we will be advising all Our salon Guests to have an AAT before Their  colour service when we reopen
