Hi everyone
After two and a half years of hard work and dedication I am absolutely delighted to announce that Megan has passed all her exams and is now a graduate stylist.
Megan joined us in 2015 and although hairdressing was always in her thoughts she initially chose a career in retail, and then she realised she needed to follow her instinct, I am so glad she did.
My motto has always been if the foundations are good what we then build will be amazing. Our assistants training programme teaches core skills in cutting colouring and styling with the emphasis also on consultation and client care.
After passing assessments our assistants then sit our salon cutting exam which lasts a whole day, we then assess and mark each haircut.
This process makes us sure the assistant is ready to become a graduate stylist and has the confidence to work with our clients.
To say Megan is excited to have her own clients is an understatement and her enthusiasm, care and attention she gives every client is wonderful to see and I am really looking forward to watching her talent grow even more.
