Going back to the start of my career in 1982 (yes it was that long ago) I remember it like yesterday, the sense of achievement when I mastered skills through training and became a graduate stylist (junior stylist back then).
Watching our young team develop and progress through our in salon training programme and become successful salon stylists in the first instance fills Lisa our in salon educator and me with enormous pride. To watch them achieve goals that started out as dreams is amazing to witness.
Hairdressing is a career that can take many paths and can lead to great success: but great foundations are essential and the search is on for our next generation of talent.
