As a past winner of the Scottish Men’s Award in the coveted L’Oréal Colour Trophy and an educator with L’Oréal, Ronnie is a classic hairdresser who believes colour and cut are inseparable and essential to creating the perfect look. It is a philosophy he has instilled in his team, every member of which he trains personally. His hairdressing assistants benefit from weekly in-salon training and development, while the senior team attend monthly creative sessions. It has paid off. Earlier this year, Lisa and Michelle made it through to the Scottish final of the L’Oréal Colour Trophy. While in 2005, Karolyn scooped the Scottish title at L’Oréal’s Talentspotting awards. Such an eye for team development enables Ronnie to guarantee his client’s personalised hair styling and excellent colour.

His salon, Byron Hairdressing, is based in the centre of the busy market town of Kirkcaldy on the shores of the Firth of Forth. There the team offers an exceptionally high standard of client care as well as outstanding hair styling and colour.
