For all of you who follow us on social media, this week our posts are based around recruitment as we are looking for an experienced stylist to take the next step and join our team.
You can read each stylists short biog on our website, but if I had to sum up what they all have in common It would be that they want to be the best they can be and give our clients the best experience that exceeds their expectations.
We all recognise to be the best version of ourselves we have to practice and learn new skills. We do this by attending training courses and seminars as well as regular in salon training sessions. Being individual is also really important and everyone is encouraged to put their own stamp of creativity on the work that they do, but we all strive to give the best service and quality.
More than 75% of the team have worked at Byron for more than 10 years and they have achieved lots of personal success and goals and played a part in the whole team’s achievements. To say I am immensely proud is an understatement, although we still have much more to achieve as hairdressing is always a journey and never a destination.
