Covid 19 Update Monday 24th august.
from Monday 31st August the salon will be moving into phase two of our new normal and we will be open Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm and from 7am-5pm on Saturday.
our safety measures and social distancing will continue to be a key priority and as always we will ensure you have a great experience with us.
We have created guidelines to assist you when you visit us.
The salons new Normal!!(for Now)
: To ensure we maximise appointments available, we politely ask that if you must reschedule, you cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment otherwise we may have to charge a cancellation fee.
: our online booking system is now available – click here to make an appointment.
: we will be operating with two teams with different shift patterns.
: styling chairs have been removed to create two-meter social distancing and protective screens have been installed at our backwash and reception areas.
: all our team are provided with PPE equipment.
: we will use disposable towels; all our gowns are single use and will be washed at a high temperature.
: all our equipment will be sterilised using Barbicide or specialised UVA sterilising units.
: hairdressing equipment and styling products will not be shared with other stylists.
: All styling surfaces and chairs will be cleansed then sterilised before being used.
: We will be serving bottled water.
: Magazines and papers are currently unavailable.
How you can help us.
: we would prefer you join us at your exact appointment time to maintain social distancing.
: on entering the salon, we ask you to use our hand sanitiser and read our instructions on our door, we also ask you to use hand sanitizer located in our reception area after taking of coats etc.
: if you need to wear a coat or bring a bag etc, we are asking if you can take care of it yourself and keep it with you, as we will not be able to help you at this time, sanitising gel is provided inside the salon.
: we would like you to wear a face covering at all times during your visit – just to protect you and our team.
: If you would like to purchase retail products your stylist will get these for you, they will then be sanitised and given to you.
: at this time we can only accept payment by debit/credit card.
All of the actions we have taken are because your and our team’s health and safety are paramount.
Throughout the last four months keeping you all informed has been important and I will continue to do so, allowing you to have the latest information based on government guidelines.
I would like to say a huge thank you for all your support and loyalty over the last four months and I have really valued staying in touch with you all during this time.
